Credit Reports
US Real Estate Investors Association provides tenant screening credit reports from all three of the national credit repositories- TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. Tenant screening credit reports will include a score from the bureau(s) selected as well as all account information including liens, judgments, payment history, delinquencies and charge-offs. We provide you with the ability to select your reports from your preferred bureau choice. As a member you can chose a single bureau credit report, a credit report that is a combination from any two bureaus or a report from all three bureaus.
Pre-employment credit reports from TransUnion will include all account history but will not include a credit score in accordance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
